No, every rod we make is made to the exact dimension you order.

We ship everywhere within the contiguous United States.
What is the shipping cost?
Ground Shipping is free when you prepay and the order is over $300. If the order does not qualify for free shipping the cost depends on the size of the order and where it will be shipping.
What is your return policy?
All of our hardware is custom made for you and therefore non-returnable. Your complete satisfaction is our goal; if there was an error with your order we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.
DO you offer rush orders?
Yes, our standard production time is 3 weeks or 15 business days, but if you have an earlier deadline, let us know when you place your order and we will do everything we can to accommodate you. Rush up-charges may apply.
can finials & brackets be used on any diameter rod?
We have specific size finials and brackets for each diameter rod.
what is the standard bracket projection?
Our standard projection is 3 1/2" for 7/8" and 1 1/4", while 5/8" standard projection is 2 1/2."
What type of finishes do you offer?
Our A (Classic) price group has a large selection of durable, powder-coated finishes. In the B (Matte) price group, we offer a select few finishes with a special matte coating. The C (Artisan) price group is comprised of custom hand-applied finishes.
can your hardware be used outdoors?
Certain powder coat finishes are capable of withstanding outdoor environments. Most of our A (Classic) and B (Matte) finishes are safe for outdoor use, but the hand-applied C (Artisan) finishes are not. Please refer to the finish page for information on specific finishes.
